Professional Indemnity Insurance (PI) must be the most talked about class of insurance of the year. With increasingly aggressive litigation against brokers it is vital that they have in place robust and comprehensive PI to protect their business. The wider PI market is going through its most challenging period for more than 15 years with brokers finding the placement of design and construct, architects, building inspectors and other professions’ PI cover much more challenging. Added to this, brokers are seeing new PI considerations for emerging risks like the sharing economy and technology. Our panel of PI experts and BIBA accredited PI brokers will share their views on how to navigate these choppy waters.
